Sidtech Umbrella Ltd was established in 2015 (PREVIOUSLY CONNEXSUS CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED). The company has always had a presence in London.

The company is involved in providing Umbrella services to IT Contractors and freelancers who do not want to form a limited company for various reasons.

At Sidtech Umbrella we take care of all the compliances, taxes and make sure the contractors get paid on time. The end client or an agency can be assured that all necessary taxes and National Insurance contributions are being calculated correctly and paid to HMRC on time, which means no surprise tax bills.

Services and charges:

All contractors and freelancers who are within IR35:

• The contractors or freelancers payroll will be run on full daily rate after our fees.
• Our fees shall be very competitive of the candidate’s daily rate depending on the requirement of the contractors and complications involved in each contract.
• Payments will be done after the payments are received from the client.
• There will be only a monthly payroll option.
